Design and R&D Team
Our design and R&D team consists of 55 members, including 10 professional packaging designers based at our production headquarters in China and our European office. The European team stays closely connected to international brand trends and provides creative direction, while the China team works closely with engineering and manufacturing to ensure design feasibility and production stability.
With strong expertise in packaging structure, visual design, and engineering development, the team supports the full process from concept to production, balancing creativity, functionality, and cost efficiency to deliver high-quality packaging solutions.

OUR FACTORY
China production base
Established in 2009, our China production base is located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province a prime manufacturing hub with excellent access to both sea and air transportation. The facility spans 22,000 square meters of production space and includes a 4,800-square-meter warehouse, enabling streamlined operations and fast delivery.
With a monthly output capacity of over 13 million pieces, this base is equipped with advanced machinery and a seasoned team of engineers and technicians, capable of handling highly customized and technically complex packaging solutions. We implement strict quality control measures across every stage of production and are committed to using environmentally friendly materials and sustainable practices, making green manufacturing a core part of our operations.
Our workforce includes 33 skilled engineers, 7 R&D specialists dedicated to product innovation, and a 32-person marketing and sales team providing full support to global clients. Combining experienced personnel, technical expertise, and sustainable practices using eco-friendly materials, our China base ensures reliable, efficient, and future-ready packaging solutions.
Indonesia production base
Established in 2020 in Jakarta, Indonesia, our production base takes full advantage of the region’s abundant raw material supply and convenient logistics.
Covering 7,800 square meters of manufacturing space and supported by a 2,200-square-meter warehouse, the facility is equipped with the latest production equipment to meet diverse packaging needs efficiently.
We prioritize environmentally friendly materials and energy-saving processes to support sustainable production. With flexible services and rapid turnaround, our Indonesia base is a key part of our global manufacturing network.
The Indonesia base has over 100 employees, including 20 engineers and 12 marketing & sales professionals, supporting both production efficiency and customer service.
