01

CTP plate making

CTP (Computer to Plate) is a technology that transfers digital images directly onto printing plates, widely used in the production of packaging boxes.

The process involves :
Design Preparation
File Output
Plate Setting
Image Exposure
Developing and Cleaning
Quality Inspection

02

Offset Printing

We use advanced German offset presses from KBA (Koenig & Bauer) to deliver high-quality, precise color reproduction — including Pantone and metallic inks.

Our eco-friendly soy-based CMYK inks support up to six-color printing with coating. Special KPA presses enhance gloss, especially on silver paper, for a vibrant finish.

Quality Inspection (Manual And Laboratory Testing)

Our rigid gift boxes are produced using greyboard and printed paper lamination. The process includes cutting, mounting, edge wrapping, and corner folding, combining automated equipment with Manual inspection is a basic and necessary link, suitable for small batches with high detail requirements.

Appearance and printing quality, whether the printed text is clear, the color is accurate, and the pattern is offset. Measure the deviation of length, width, and height (usually required to be within ±0.5mm) and whether the corners are aligned, bonding strength, etc.

Machinery and equipment inspection
With the advancement of technology, machine and equipment inspection has significant advantages in efficiency, accuracy and standardization, and is widely used in large-scale production.

Visual inspection system, physical performance testing equipment, compressive strength test, tear strength test, heat seal strength test, sealing and barrier performance testing, printing quality analysis equipment, intelligent component analysis, etc.

Packaging, Packing & Shipping

Packaging, packing, and shipping are critical steps in the logistics chain, ensuring cargo safety, cost optimization, and timely delivery.

Intermodal Transport: Combining air freight, sea freight (mainline), and rail/road (end distribution) to balance cost and delivery speed.

Smart Tracking: IoT devices monitor temperature, humidity, and location (e.g., GPS tracking for sea freight containers).
